No Returns, But Exchanges or Store Credit

 

As an artist, I pour passion and creativity into every piece of artwork I create. I understand that purchasing original art is a personal and meaningful decision, and I want you to feel connected to your new piece. Because each artwork is unique and often custom or one-of-a-kind, I do not offer returns. However, I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase.

 

Exchanges: If you feel the artwork is not the right fit for your space or vision, I offer the option to exchange it for another piece of equal value from my collection within 30 days of receiving your order. Please reach out to me directly to discuss your options and facilitate the exchange process. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

 

Store Credit: Alternatively, I can offer store credit for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping fees) that can be used toward any future artwork or pieces in my collection. Your credit will be valid for 3 months.

 

Damaged Items: If the artwork arrives damaged, please let me know immediately—within 5 days of receiving the piece—and I will work with you to resolve the situation, whether that’s through a full refund, an exchange, or a credit.

 

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. I highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure the safe return of the artwork.

I take great care in ensuring that each artwork is securely packaged and delivered to you in perfect condition. Here’s what you can expect when ordering from my collection:

 

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5 after payment has been received. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

 

Shipping Methods: I ship via FedEx which offers reliable service and tracking. Depending on your location, shipping may take between 10-12 for domestic orders and 4 -5 weeks for international orders.

 

Packaging: Each artwork is carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Framed pieces are bubble-wrapped and cushioned with protective materials, while unframed artworks are rolled and sent in sturdy tubes.

 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork. I offer free shipping for orders within United States on purchases over $700. International shipping is available, and rates will vary based on location.

 

Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, please note that you may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that apply in your country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Lost or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your artwork is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. I will work with you to resolve the issue, whether by issuing a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Please retain all packaging and take clear photos of any damage for insurance purposes.
